Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 glass of flour
- 1½ glass of milk
- ½ glass of water
- 2 eggs
Stuffing Ingredients
- 50 dag of mushrooms
- one onion
- salt, pepper, crumbs, egg and butter
Preparing
Prepare pancakes of consistence of dense cream from the main ingredients. Fry thin pancakes on a frying pan. Mushrooms with onion cut into small pieces and fry with one spoon of butter, spice with salt, pepper for good taste. Spread the stuffing on each pancake and roll it. Coat pancakes in egg, bread-crumbs and flour. Fry it to get gold colour.
Oyster mushroom is famous for aromatic taste. But it is also very healthy. Oyster contains anti-cancer substances.
