Golden Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 50 dag of mushrooms (small, closed)
- 1 egg
- flour, salt, bread-crumbs
Preparing
Clean the mushrooms and remove the shanks. Coat the mushroom caps in melted egg, bread-crumbs and flour. Fry on oil up to golden colour. Serve hot.
Mushrooms are grown in about three months length cycle. One square meter of substrate can produce up to 30 kg of mushrooms.
