Golden Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 50 dag of mushrooms (small, closed)
  • 1 egg
  • flour, salt, bread-crumbs

Preparing

Clean the mushrooms and remove the shanks. Coat the mushroom caps in melted egg, bread-crumbs and flour. Fry on oil up to golden colour. Serve hot.
