Bread Casserole with Mushrooms


  • robust bread
  • 1 l of milk
  • 50 dag cheese
  • 4 spoons of parmesan
  • ½ toma­too sauce
  • 40 dag of white mushrooms
  • 30 g of but­ter
  • gar­lic, salt, pepper


Slice the bread and pour with milk. Put it in lay­ers in greased casse­role. Each layer spread with toma­too sauce, minced gar­lic, fried mush­rooms and cheese. Apply parme­san to the last layer, but­ter, pep­per and salt. Put it into oven for 60 minutes.
