Casserole With Mushrooms and Cheese

Ingre­di­ents

  • 1 kg of potaoes
  • 40 dag of mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 30 dag cheese
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spoons minced green parsley
  • 3 spoons of oil
  • salt, pep­per, cayenne

Prepar­ing

Peel of the potatos, cut it into 4 – 5 mm slices. Put it into casse­role, glaze with oil, cover and bake in oven for 30 – 40 min­utes. Fry the sliced onion and add to it sliced mush­rooms. Fry it few minutes.

Spread the mush­rooms with onion on the pota­toes. Glaze it with cream mixed with egg, salt, green pars­ley and pep­per. Apply grated cheese amf cayenne to the top. Then, bake it 10 min­utes more.
