Mushroom Minced Chops


  • 50 dag of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 robust roll
  • 18 l of milk
  • 1 egg, crumbs, salt, per­per, minced dill, grease


Cut the mush­rooms and braise with onion and grease. Dip the roll with milk and grind it with mush­rooms. Add egg, salt, dill and mix it. If the mass is too liq­uid, add crumbs. Form chops and fry till it gets gold colour.
