Christmas Eve Pasta with Mushrooms
Ingredients
Pasta Ingredients
- 15 dag of flour
- 50 ml of water
- 1 egg
- salt
Stuffing Ingredients:
- 7 dag of white mushrooms
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 roll (filling only)
- 100 ml of milk
- salt, pepper
Preparing
Fry the mushrooms with butter and onion. Add the roll flesh and and grind it, add some spices. Pin up the pasta and cut circles (for example with glass). Fill the circles with stuffing, and form it into half-moons (like an ear).
