Christmas Eve Pasta with Mushrooms


Pasta Ingre­di­ents

  • 15 dag of flour
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 egg
  • salt

Stuff­ing Ingredients:

  • 7 dag of white mushrooms
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 1 roll (fill­ing only)
  • 100 ml of milk
  • salt, pep­per


Fry the mush­rooms with but­ter and onion. Add the roll flesh and and grind it, add some spices. Pin up the pasta and cut cir­cles (for exam­ple with glass). Fill the cir­cles with stuff­ing, and form it into half-​moons (like an ear).
