Oyster Cake


  • 300 – 400 g the oys­ters
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 spoon of cream 12%
  • small piece of garlic
  • 2 spoon of wheaten flour
  • 2 spoon of butter
  • the chive spoon
  • half the sweet paprika’s spoon
  • the salt


Clean mush­rooms, and cut in belts. Ram down from cream and salt egg. Add flour. Mix. Peel gar­lic, cut in slices, brown on but­ter and take off from fry­ing pan. Put on her oys­ters now and fry 5 min­utes on strong fire, con­stantly stir­ring. Fill with eggs, cover with dust with paprika, pour with gar­lic and chives and put in on moment to warmed to tem­per­a­ture 200°C oven. Serve with bread.
