Candied Oysters


  • 20 dag of oys­ter mushrooms
  • ½ glasses of sugar
  • one choco­latte


Fresh oys­ter mush­rooms cut into 2cm pieces. Then boil it in water for about 30 min­utes. Add sugar and wait until it dis­solves and water vapor­izes. Take the mush­rooms out of the pot and leave it to dry for one day.

Next day, dunk the mush­rooms in hot choco­latte and leave it until solid­ify. Use pro­por­tional amount of sugar and choco­latte accord­ing to the mush­rooms volume.
