- 20 dag of oyster mushrooms
- ½ glasses of sugar
- one chocolatte
Fresh oyster mushrooms cut into 2cm pieces. Then boil it in water for about 30 minutes. Add sugar and wait until it dissolves and water vaporizes. Take the mushrooms out of the pot and leave it to dry for one day.
Next day, dunk the mushrooms in hot chocolatte and leave it until solidify. Use proportional amount of sugar and chocolatte according to the mushrooms volume.
