Shii take Salad


Main dish

  • 1 let­tuce
  • 10 shii take mushrooms
  • 20 dag green string bean
  • 2 fresh tangerines
  • red onion
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • gin­ger
  • 4 spoons of olive


  • 1 spoon of bal­samic vinegar
  • 1 tea­spoon of sesame oil
  • 2 spoons of sweet chilli
  • soya oil


Mix sauce ingre­di­ents tidily. Clean the mush­rooms and slice it into stripes. Cut the onion into slices. Take apart the let­tuce into pieces and put it into bowl. Peal off the tan­ger­ine add it to the let­tuce. Mix it all up gently.

Put the mush­rooms, gar­lic, onion, bean and gin­ger onto hot fry­ing oil. Fry it mix­ing fre­quently up till the beans turns floppy. Then, com­bine the fried ingre­di­ents with let­tuce and the tangerines.

Com­bine all the sauce ingre­di­ents and add the sauce to the main dish.
