Shii Take Soup


  • soya pasta
  • 50 dag shii take mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • one por­tion of Ital­ian vegetables
  • green pars­ley
  • clear chicken soup
  • fry­ing grease
  • 1 spoon of potato flour
  • salt, pep­per, paprika


Cut the mush­rooms into cubes and fry it with grease, onion and spices. Then mix the soup with mush­rooms and con­sol­i­date it using water with potato flour.

Mean­while, boil the soya pasta. Mix it all together and with green parsley.
