Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 12 big mushrooms
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 pore
- 15 dag dense, sour cream
- 10 dag sweet, 36% cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 spoons grated gouda cheese
- 2 spoons of oil
- ½ green parsley
- salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Preparing
Clean the mushrooms. Remove the shanks from mushrooms. Cut the shanks. Cut the chicken breast in qubes. Clean the pore and slice it. Smash the garlic. Fry the meat on hot oil and next, add the pore, garlic and minced mushrooms. Braise it few minutes. Use some parsley to decorate the plate and mince the rest and mix with the stuffing. Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared stuffing and dredge it with grated cheese.
Bake it for 10 minutes in the temperature 225°C. Mix the sour and sweet cream and spice with salt and pepper. Grease the mushrooms with this sauce.
Some mushrooms have been used as fire starters (known as tinder fungi).
